Confirmation:

You will typically receive a booking confirmation within 1 minute of making your reservation. Most bookings are autoconfirmed, and we will send you the voucher via email.

• Auto Pre-Paid Booking: Any booking made with pre-payment is automatically confirmed when payment is made through our payment gateway system.
• Partial Payment: Bookings with partial payments are non-refundable and are also automatically confirmed.
• Pay later booking: Bookings marked for payment at a later time are not confirmed until you provide us with your room number and hotel check-in information.

Our pick-up time and guide numbers for tours will be confirmed by our Customer Service Representative at least 12 hours before the tour date for join-in tours. For all private tours, the pick-up points are already specified in the itinerary. If you don't receive an email from us, please check your Spam folder or notify us via email. To ensure we can reach you, please send us your room number and local contact number along with your booking confirmation number to [email protected].

Additional Information:

• Children aged 0-2 can join the tour for free if they do not occupy an additional seat.
• Children aged 3-8 will be charged 75% of the tour rate.
• Children over 8 will be considered as adults.
• Our tours are available almost every day, and in the event of any urgent changes or cancellations, we will inform you at least 12 hours before the tour time. Our Customer Service Representative may suggest an alternative date or arrange for a refund.
• This tour is available in English, but you can request a private tour in other languages such as Chinese, Japanese, and Korean. Please specify your preferred language when booking a private tour.
• Note: This ticket is not available for Thai nationals.

Entry Measures into Thailand (effective from 1 June 2022 onwards):

For Thai nationals:

• A Thailand Pass is not required.
• Entry into Thailand without quarantine or a COVID-19 test upon arrival is allowed.
• Presentation of a vaccination certificate is required. Unvaccinated or not fully vaccinated travelers need an RT-PCR or Professional ATK COVID-19 test result issued within 72 hours before departure.
• Thailand can be entered through any border checkpoint for land travel.

For foreign nationals:

• Registration on Thailand Pass is necessary.
• Attach required documents: Passport, vaccination certificate (or test result if unvaccinated), and proof of medical treatment coverage.
• You will receive a Thailand Pass QR Code within 1-2 hours.
• Airlines and Disease Control Officers will verify your documents.

• Please wait at Hotel Lobby 15 minutes before the time specified on this voucher to start.
• Any late from your side may be re-allocated to a later time if available, Otherwise, this will be auto-canceled with a charge of 100%.
• Driver can be late up to 15- 45 Minutes due to Traffic or any unwanted clauses.
• You do not need to show a voucher, just show them a mobile voucher or booking confirmation on mobile for this activity to our Guide.
• Please note the activity time can be affected by several factors including weather, equipment maintenance, or safety protocols.
