Confirmation:

• You will receive confirmation of your booking's availability within 1 minute of the booking time. Most bookings are auto-confirmed, and we will send you the voucher via email.
• Auto Pre-Paid Booking: Any auto pre-paid booking is confirmed automatically when paying through our payment gateway system.
• Partial Payment: All bookings with partial payment are non-refundable and confirmed automatically.
• Pay Later Booking: Any booking where you have selected to pay later is not confirmed unless you update us with your room number and hotel check-in information.
• Our pick-up time and guide numbers for tours will be confirmed by our Customer Service Representative before 12 hours of the tour date (in the case of Join Tours). For all Private Tours, pick-up points are already mentioned in our itinerary.
• If you do not receive an email from us, please check your Spam folder or notify us via email. Please send us your room number and local number, if applicable, to [email protected] with your booking confirmation number.

Additional Information:

• Children aged 0-2 can join the tour for free provided they do not occupy an additional seat.
• Children aged 3-8 will be charged 75% of the tour's rate.
• Children over 8 will be considered adults.
• Our tours are available almost every day. In case of any urgency or cancellation, we will inform you before 12 hours of the tour time. Our Customer Service Representative may suggest another day or refund your money immediately.
• This tour is available in the English language only, but you can request a Private tour in many different languages such as Chinese, Japanese, and Korean. Please specify your preferred language when making a private tour booking.
• Please wait at the Hotel Lobby 15 minutes before the time specified on this voucher to start. Any lateness from your side may be re-allocated to a later time if available. Otherwise, it will be auto-canceled with a charge of 100%.
• The driver can be late up to 15-45 minutes due to traffic or any unexpected circumstances.
• You do not need to show a voucher; just show them a mobile voucher or booking confirmation on your mobile to our guide.
• Please note that the activity time can be affected by several factors, including weather, equipment maintenance, or safety protocols. Sun Leisure World reserves the right to cancel any booking due to bad weather conditions or natural disasters.
• Entry Measures into Thailand (effective from 1 June 2022 onwards):

Thai Nationals:

• Thailand Pass not required.
• Enter Thailand without quarantine nor COVID-19 test upon arrival.
• Must present a certificate of vaccination or, if unvaccinated/not fully vaccinated, an RT-PCR/Professional ATK COVID-19 test result issued within 72 hours before departure.
• Can enter Thailand via every border checkpoint (for land travel).

Foreign Nationals:

• Register on Thailand Pass.
• Attach documents, including passport, certificate of vaccination, or, if unvaccinated/not fully vaccinated, RT-PCR/Professional ATK COVID-19 test result issued within 72 hours before departure, and proof of Medical treatment coverage (minimum coverage 10,000 USD).
• Receive the Thailand Pass QR Code within 1-2 hours.
• Airlines and Disease Control Officers will check your documents
