Confirmation:

You will receive a confirmation of your booking's availability within 1 minute after the booking time. Most bookings are auto-confirmed, and we will send you the voucher via email.

• Auto Pre-Paid Booking: Any auto pre-paid booking is automatically confirmed when payment is made through our payment gateway system.
• Partial Payment: Bookings with partial payment are non-refundable and confirmed automatically.
• Pay Later: Bookings where you have chosen to pay later are not confirmed unless you provide us with your room number and hotel check-in information.
• The pick-up and guide numbers for tours will be confirmed by our Customer Service Representative at least 12 hours before the tour (for Join Tours).
• For all Private Tours, pick-up details are already provided in our itinerary.
• If you do not receive an email from us, please check your Spam folder or notify us via email.
• Please send us your room number and local contact number, if applicable, to [email protected] along with your booking confirmation number.

Additional Information:

• Children aged 0-2 can join the tour for free, provided they do not occupy an additional seat.
• Children aged 3-8 will be charged 75% of the tour price.
• Children over 8 will be considered as adults.
• Our tours are available almost every day, and in case of any urgency or cancellation, we will inform you at least 12 hours before the tour. Our Customer Service Representative may suggest an alternative date or provide an immediate refund.
• This tour is available in English, but you can request a private tour in different languages such as Chinese, Japanese, and Korean. Please specify your preferred language when booking.
• Please be in the hotel lobby 15 minutes before the specified voucher time to start.
• Any delay from your side may result in a rescheduling to a later time, if available. Otherwise, there will be an auto-cancellation with a 100% charge.
• The driver may be delayed by 15-45 minutes due to traffic or unforeseen circumstances.
• You do not need to show a physical voucher; simply present a mobile voucher or booking confirmation on your mobile device to our guide.
• Please note that the activity time can be affected by several factors, including weather, equipment maintenance, or safety protocols.
• Sun Leisure World reserves the right to cancel any booking due to bad weather conditions or natural disasters.

Entry Measures into Thailand (effective from 1 June 2022 onwards):

For Thai nationals:

• No Thailand Pass is required.
• Entry into Thailand without quarantine or COVID-19 testing upon arrival.
• Must present a vaccination certificate or, if unvaccinated or not fully vaccinated, an RT-PCR or Professional ATK COVID-19 test result issued within 72 hours before departure.
• Entry via any border checkpoint (for land travel) is permitted.

For foreign nationals:

• Register on Thailand Pass.
• Attach the following documents: Passport, vaccination certificate, and RT-PCR or Professional ATK COVID-19 test result issued within 72 hours before departure.
• Provide proof of Medical treatment coverage (minimum coverage 10,000 USD).
• Receive the Thailand Pass QR Code within 1-2 hours.
• Airlines and Disease Control Officers will verify your documents.
