- Children aged 0-2 can join the tour for free provided they do not occupy an additional seat
- Children aged 3-8 would be charged 75% of the tour rate.
- Children over 8 would be considered adult
- Our tours are available almost every day, in case of any urgency or cancellation we will inform you before 12 hours of tour time. Our Customer Service Representative may suggest you some other day or refund you money immediately.
- This tour is available in the English language only but you can request a Private tour in many different languages Chinese, Japanese, and Korean. Please specify your preferred language if you make a private tour booking.

- All pre-paid bookings will apply the following cancellation policy:-
- Before 3 Days of Excursion – No charge of cancellation.
- Before 2 Day of Excursion Date:- 50% charged applied.
- Before 1 Day of Excursion Date:- 100% Charged.
- Activity may be canceled due to any natural problem, in this case, we will offer to shift your booking to another date or you can also apply for a full refund.
- All pre-paid bookings will apply the following cancellation policy:-
- 20% Partial Payment booking:- This amount is Non-Refundable in case of cancellation
