- Our tours are available almost every day, in case of any urgency or cancellation,n we will inform you before 12 hours of tour time. Our Customer Service Representative may suggest you some other day or refund you money immediately.
- This tour is available in the English language only but you can request a Private tour in many different languages Chinese, Japanese, and Korean. Please specify your preferred language if you make a private tour booking.

- Before 3 Days of Excursion – No charge of cancellation.
- Before 2 Day of Excursion Date:- 50% charged applied.
- Before 1 Day of Excursion Date:- 100% Charged.
- Activity may be canceled due to any natural problem, in this case, we will offer to shift your booking to another date or you can also apply for a full refund.
