• Genting SkyWorlds Park hours revised to 10am to 6pm, effective from 10th April 2024 onwards. Closed every Tuesday except Malaysia Public Holidays and School Holidays.
  
• Park admission is available at both Studio Plaza (existing entry) and SkyAvenue Gateway (NEW) near Jom Makan (previously known as Medan Selera) from 11am onwards.
  
• All guests visiting Genting SkyWorlds is advised to use the SkyAvenue Gateway, located at Level G, SkyAvenue for park admission. The Studio Plaza entry to Genting SkyWorlds is reserved only for hotel guests.

Genting SkyWorlds Theme Park, located in the ultra-popular Genting Highlands, is a new and exciting must-visit spot the whole family. The theme park features a uniquely-themed world and thrilling rides that caters to a full day of fun and entertainment for both young and old. 

Genting SkyWorlds is also the first theme park in Southeast Asia to use the innovative VQ technology, allowing you to book your preferred time slots for each ride, skipping the dreary waiting time. 

📸 Photo+ 

While you enjoy sky-high adventures, let Photo+ capture your best moments by using facial recognition technology. Having captured your photos, Photo+ is able to identify and match faces using trained neural activity detectors. Each image of you that is captured within Genting SkyWorlds will be sent to your mobile app for instant review.

🔻 How Does It Work?

Step 1 : Download the free Genting SkyWorlds mobile app via App Store or Google Play.
Step 2 : Sign up or log in to the app.
Step 3 : Select “My Photo+” from the menu and take a selfie. The system will identify and match faces using trained neural activity detectors.
Step 4 : Our Photo+ Photographers are located throughout the park to professionally capture your best moments in front of some of our best landmarks. All the photos of your exciting experiences within the park will appear in “My Album”.
Step 5 : You will be notified instantly when you have a new picture or video.
Step 6 : With a Photo+ Pass, you can choose to share, download, and print your priceless memories into unique souvenir mementos.
Step 7 : Strike your best pose and say cheese!

🔻How to Link Your Images? 

Step 1 : Go to “My Photo+” from your Genting SkyWorlds mobile app.
Step 2 : Select “Link My Photo”.
Step 3 : Scan the QR code on your photo from the photo viewing kiosk to link your digital photo content.

🌧️ Rainy Day Guarantee

From November 1, 2022, Rainy day guarantee of Genting SkyWorlds will change in accordance to below :

1/ If it rains from 11:00 AM to 2:59 PM for 2 hours, guests will receive a notification mobile app that they have a free re-visit.
2/ If it rains from 3:00 to 4:59 pm they will get a notification offer of a 50% discount on their next re-visit.
* The 50% discount only can be used for ticket purchases at Skyworld Ticket Counter. Guests need to show the notification to entitle to a 50% discount.

Please note that all the notifications on the above will be sent to Genting SkyWorlds App, which the customer has downloaded and linked their ticket code after scanning at Genting SkyWorlds Theme Park turnstile.

It is important to download the Genting SkyWorlds Theme Park App and linked to the ticket code so that a notification message will be sent to them if Management activates the “Rainy Day Guarantee” on the customer visit date. Customers just need to show the notification to the ticketing staff on duty for their revisit before they could enter the park.

FREE park admission for children below 90cm in height

• Guest measuring 110cm and above are required to purchase an ADULT ticket
• Guest within a height range of 90cm to 110cm should purchase a CHILD ticket.
• Guest aged 60 years or above can purchase a CHILD ticket.
